Sektionsrådet är ett forum för studentinflytande. Sektionsrådet tar beslut om studentrepresentanter vid delar av Samhällsvetenskapliga fakulteten, samt beslutar om fördelning av delar av Uppsala studentkårs ekonomiska medel.

The section council is a forum for student influence. The council decides in matters regarding student representatives at parts of the Faculty of Social Sciences, and decides on allocation of parts of Uppsala Student Union's economical means.
